The Human Resources team is a central point for all matters related to our company's most important asset: our employees. The Human Resources Department assists and takes care of their needs in the air and on the ground.

We firmly believe that, whenever employees are working in an environment that rewards dedication and passion; that assists, values and treats them with respect, they give their best, are productive and experience a close kinship with their company.

Therefore, our Human Resources Department is fundamental in supporting pilots and ground staff who can always count on a family atmosphere and on a management ready to the listen and to the exchange of opinions.

Compliance is the adherence by all employees and representatives of a company to external laws and regulations as well as internal policies, ethics codes and commitments.

Cargolux Italia is committed conduct all its operations and maintenance activities in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements and apply the highest possible safety standards.  

In order to avoid situations that can affect the company’s reputation or legality, our compliance department provides training and consultation for all employees to help them monitor, report, investigate, remediate and be in compliance with relevant laws.
